Chef de Partie Required

Working within the kitchen brigade of 14 to deliver excellent food provision to both guests and non-residents. Candidates must have previous experience in a similiar role and have a passion for food.

  • £19,000 - £20,000 (depending on experience) plus benefits or

Night Porter Required

Conference and Events Co-ordinator

A position is currently available within our busy Conference & Events department reporting into the C&E Manager. A varied role which includes increasing the volume of business generated through marketing and working to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will assist in the smooth running of meetings/conferences and banqueting functions, by taking a hands-on approach whilst guests are in-house.

The candidate will also assist in the effective management and operations of the hotel during allocated duty management shifts.
